For people with disability, focusing on mental health management, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. We help you build coping skills and achieve your NDIS goals.
Trauma-Informed Counselling
Gentle, trauma-aware support for individuals living with trauma, PTSD, or complex emotional experiences, offered in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Adjustment Counselling
Helping you navigate life changes such as injury, illness, or major transitions with understanding and practical strategies for resilience.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
Support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges, promoting greater balance, clarity, and self-compassion.

About Your Counsellor
Our counsellors are registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and bring extensive experience supporting individuals across disability, brain injury (including aphasia), and mental health.
We provide non-judgmental, person-centred support that values your individuality and respects your lived experience.
