Who We Are

At Mayflower Supports, we are a small, family-run business based in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, dedicated to bridging the gap in quality, person-centred support for NDIS participants. Our work is shaped by both lived experience as family members of people with disability and over 10 years of professional experience in the disability and community services sectors. We understand the importance of seeing individuals as people first — not just plans or funding — and this drives us to deliver compassionate, inclusive, and empowering supports that help individuals build independence, achieve their goals, and live meaningful lives.

As a fully registered NDIS provider, we offer a range of tailored services including Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Core Supports, and Supported Independent Living. Our approach is holistic and person-centred, ensuring every individual’s goals, preferences, and needs remain at the heart of everything we do. Led by our founder Steph, a qualified counsellor and experienced Support Coordinator, our team combines professional expertise with genuine care to provide reliable, high-quality support.

Based in Tanunda, we proudly support participants across Adelaide, the Barossa Valley, and throughout South Australia, helping people live with dignity, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.
