About Mayflower Supports

Who We Are

Mayflower Supports is a small, family-run business located in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, founded to bridge the gaps in quality, person-centred support available to NDIS participants.

Our journey began with personal experiences as family members of people with disability and our professional backgrounds in the disability and community services sectors. We understand firsthand the challenges that participants and families face — and the importance of being seen as people first, not just plans or funding categories.

This insight drives us to provide inclusive, compassionate, and professional supports that empower individuals to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives.

Our Mission

At Mayflower Supports, our mission is simple:

To empower individuals through genuine connection, respect, and support that honours their choices, strengths, and aspirations.

We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive — to live with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging within their community.

What We Offer

Our experienced team provides a range of tailored supports, including:

  • NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2)

  • Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)

  • Counselling and Therapeutic Supports

Each service is delivered with a person-centred and holistic approach — ensuring your goals, preferences, and needs are always at the centre of everything we do.

Compassion: We lead with empathy, kindness, and understanding.
Integrity: We uphold transparency and honesty in all interactions.
